CHANGES AND RETURNS

Changes and returns are free.

The exchange or return period is 15 working days from the receipt of the order.

If it is a return, the refund will be made in the same payment method used in the purchase within 2 to 5 business days from when we receive your package in our warehouse.

If the amount of the refund is not correct, please contact us either by email contact@ponsquintana.com or by phone 0034 - 971.37.10.50. Ext 242 or 247.

RETURNS

FROM SPAIN:

-     You can make the return at any Correos post office by filling in your details at the following link: Returns

Print your label or write down the 23-digit shipping code that will appear once the fields are filled out. If you cannot print the label, with the code is enough to leave the order in a Correos post office.

-     In the case of not being able to go to Correos post office, please contact us at 971.37.10.50 Ext. 242 or 247 email: contact@ponsquintana.com

FROM OUTSIDE SPAIN:

-     Access to Contact section and select "Changes and Returns" department.

-     Please, fill in the email with which you made your purchase.

-     In the Order Reference, indicate the code you receive in the purchase confirmation email; you can also find it in the order history of your account.

-     If you wish, you can attach a document or an image.

-     Please write the following information in the Message section:

  •     Name and Surname
  •     Collection Address and Telephone
  •     Date and Pickup schedule
  •     Reason of the return

 

IN THE NEXT 24 WORKING HOURS YOU WILL RECEIVE A DHL EMAIL THAT YOU SHOULD CONFIRM SO THAT THE RETURN CAN BE MADE.

PACKAGEPREPARATION

Pack your items safely, if possible in the original package.

Make sure the package is sealed tightly or with a strong adhesive tape.
