5. Jurisdiction and applicable law

In the case where the client is not a resident of Spain, the tribunals used will be those in Menorca.

6. Delivery time

Delivery time is from 2 to 4 working days in Spain and from 3 to 5 working days for the rest of Europe.

A delivery shall be considered as made from the moment the carrier reports to have received the customer’s order through the carrier’s control system.

Orders made before 1 p.m. shall be delivered on the same day.

Orders made after 1 p.m. shall be delivered the day after the order was submitted.

7. Return of merchandise

Returns will be accepted up to 30 days after the reception of the order. In order to return an item you must click on the Customer service display – Exchanges and returns and fill in the Exchange and return form. You will then receive an email to confirm the details of the return.

Returns are free of charge, except for shipping costs that will be deducted from the returned item.

Preparation of package

Pack your items safely inside the original package. Once the return and exchange form is filled in you will be sent the labels for the parcel service; print them and when you are ready attach them to the package.

If you cannot print them, the carrier will have the necessary data for the return.

The carrier will collect the parcel from your home.

Our carrier will contact you to arrange date and time of collection. If possible, the collection will always take place within 24/48 hours.

Refunds of returns will be effective through the same means of payment as used during the purchase and within 2 to 5 working days from when we receive your parcel.

8. Exchange of items

Exchanges of items purchased on our online shop shall be accepted up to 30 days from the reception of the order. In order to make an exchange you will have to click on the Customer Service – Exchanges and returns and then fill in the Exchange and return form. You will then receive an email of confirmation regarding this exchange.

Exchanges are free of charge.

9. Delivery charges

Shipping costs are free for any purchase and country.

10. Order tracking

As soon as the order has shipped from our stores, we will send you an email.

You can track and see the order status at any time at http://www.dhl.es/es/express/seguimiento.html; you will have to submit the tracking number you received via email.

11. Items delivered do not coincide with items ordered

Should you receive a different item from the one you order or should these have any defects, a refund process of such items and shipping costs will begin as soon as we receive them at our stores and check that they are in good condition.

12. Order payment

Prices always appear during the purchase process. All prices include VAT.

You can choose among three means of payment:

Once the purchase is confirmed, our web will redirect you to the secure payment platform of LA CAIXA where you will be asked to fill in the details of your VISA credit card, therefore, the whole payment process will take place through this platform.
