HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE ORDER TO ARRIVE?
The delivery time in Spain is 24 to 72 working hours. Orders out of Spain territory take between 3 and 6 business days. If you have made the payment by bank transfer, the order will be issued once we receive the amount in our bank. International transfers take 2 working days.
WHAT IS THE DEADLINE AND COST FOR MAKING A RETURN OR CHANGE A PRODUCT?
The change-over period is 15 working days from the receipt of the order. Returns and changes are free.

IS IT SAFE TO PAY WITH MY CARD ON THE WEB?
Yes. All your data is transmitted in encrypted form according to the SSL certificate. For payment with credit and debit cards it is necessary to enter the CVV (Card Verification Value), the 3-digit code found on the back of the card and used as a security measure in e-commerce transactions.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
As soon as the order comes out of our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your order.
WHAT I DO IF I HAVE RECEIVED A DIFFERENT ORDER?
