We ship worldwide. All standard shipping is free, except for express shipping. You can choose your shipping method at checkout.

For Spain, the carriers are: GLS or NACEX. For international shipments, GLS and DHL.

Shipments to the Canary Islands and Portugal are made with CORREOS EXPRESS.

All shipping is free. If you are located outside the European Union, Pons Quintana will handle all documentation and cover any customs duties and taxes. Due to changes in tariff policy, prices for the USA may be higher.

Important for customers with shipping to the USA:

As of August 29, 2025, the U.S. government has eliminated the exemption that allowed low-value packages to be imported duty-free. This means that your order, upon arrival in the U.S., may be subject to a fixed import duty (for example, US$80 or more, depending on the country of origin and shipping method) until a percentage-based system is fully implemented.

Since our shoes are shipped from Spain and are handcrafted from leather, a customs charge (or a standard value-based tariff) may apply. Please note that this amount is not included in the price you see on our website.

All orders are shipped from Menorca, and delivery times may be longer due to weather conditions. Additionally, during peak periods such as sales, Black Friday, or Christmas, orders may be delayed due to circumstances beyond Pons Quintana's control.
