Returns & Exchanges

Our sizes are limited. If you wish to change the model or size, you must first return your order and then place a new order .

All returns are free. If you return your order from outside the European Union, Pons Quintana is responsible for import taxes and/or duties.

If you want to return your order, you can do so here . Please help us by indicating the reason for your return. The refund of your order will be made in the same payment method that you used when making your purchase once we receive it at our facilities and check that the order is in perfect condition. You can also request a voucher without expiration to use on your next purchase. The approximate time for the refund may vary between 3 and 5 business days depending on your bank.
