All returns are free of charge. If you return your order from outside the European Union, Pons Quintana will pay the import taxes and/or duties.
The refund of your order will be made in the same payment method you used to make your purchase once we receive it at our facilities and check that the order is in perfect condition.
The approximate time for reimbursement can vary between 3 and 5 working days depending on your bank.
